Bubble Pressure Tensiometer BPT-M

BPT Mobile (BPT-M) is the Mobile solution for use inside and outside of production facilities.

Uses Disposable capillaries to facilitate handling and built with a comfortable 5” color touch display for simple operation and internal memory for more than two million measurements, including fast data export to Excel.

BPT-M is equipped with 3 measuring modes, for every QC task:

  • Monitoring - single surface age with evaluation based on predefined limit.
    This mode gives a quick result for the regular quality check and evaluates it using pre-defined quality limits. Charts of previous results, even independently for several baths, help to estimate when the content will leave the quality range so you can intervene in time.
  • Continuous - measurement of SFT while changing the concentration.
    When adding the active substance , it can instantly see the effect and know exactly when to stop.
  • Dynamic - determination of the SFT dependent on surface age between 10 and 30,000 ms
